Delivery & Use

  • RestOps coordinates delivery and recovery to ensure a smooth process for crew and operations

  • Delivered to the departure FBO a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure

  • Delivery confirmation provided upon arrival at the FBO

  • Crew retrieves the setup directly from the FBO prior to boarding

  • After arrival, the setup is left with the FBO for RestOps pickup

    • No payment is required at the time of request submission

    • Upon confirmation, a $150 deposit per leg is required to secure the reservation

    • Remaining balance is processed 48 hours prior to departure

    • Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to departure receive a full deposit refund

    • Within 48 hours of departure, deposits convert to a future-use credit
